The Hudson Chamber was founded in 1969 (previously established in 1952 as the Hudson Board of Trade) and its direction
and government is vested in a Board of Director's that consists
of 15 volunteers. The Directors have the power to adopt rules
on conducting the business of the Chamber. For a description of the expectations of a GHCC Director click here.
The office staff is
available daily 9AM - 1PM to serve the members and reports directly
to the President of the Board of Directors.

Jerry Mayotte owns Red Brick Clothing Co. in Hudson NH. Red Brick is a custom embroidery and screen-printing company offering custom embroidered and screen printed designs for all your apparel and promotional items. For many years, Jerry owned and operated Jerry's Food Stores. These were well-known and well-respected convenience stores in Lowell and Dracut. Jerry has been a member of the Gr. Hudson Chamber Board of Directors for several years, and is currently the Executive Vice President. He belongs to the D'Youville Senior Care Men's Guild in Lowell. He is an active member of the Nashua Rotary club and a dynamic volunteer on projects throughout Nashua and Hudson.

Alison Cote is the owner of Merchant Services by Alison Cote, an Independent Sales Office for Nationwide Payment Solutions and Petroleum Card Services. Alison has been helping merchants navigate the intricacies of the Merchant Services Industry for the past 13 years and specializes in the Retail, Business to Business and Petroleum industries. Currently, Alison is serving as Secretary/Treasurer of the Nashua BNI Chapter, Southern New Hampshire Referral Group. She is one of the Gr. Hudson Chamber's newest Board of Directors, and serves as Chair for the Membership Committee.

Mike Falzone works for the Hudson-Litchfield News (Area News Group) selling advertising. Mike has been involved with the Chamber of Commerce as a HLN member for a couple years, and is a new Director for 2009. He also is very active in the Hudson Kiwanis, a member since 2007, and is the organizer of the annual Hudson PumpkinFest. Mike has a long track record of community service being involved in a number of boards and committees. Mike has been with the HLN since 2000 and has at one time or another worked with just about every business owner in Hudson. Mike currently lives in Litchfield with his wife, Judy, and their three daughters Hollie, Karina, and Caraline, and a grandaughter, Lexi.

Scott Dionne is the owner of Specialty Kitchens Inc., located in Hudson NH. Scott has been doing construction based work since 1983 and then started Specialty Kitchens in 1986. Specialty Kitchens is a family run, full service remodel company with a vast range of products and services for any kitchen and bath remodel. Scott was raised in Hudson and now resides in Nashua with his wife Marlene and daughter Natalie. He is going on his third year on the GHCC board of Directors. Scott and his company are members of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, New Hampshire Builders Remodelers Association (NHBRA), and regularly volunteers at many of the fundraising and charity events within the community. Specialty Kitchens was awarded Small Business of the Year in 2009 by the GHCC, and has won several Cornerstone Awards presented by his peers in the NHBRA.

Tim Malley is owner of TJ Malley Electric in Hudson. Tim has been in the electrical business for over 10 years. He has been on the Gr. Hudson Chamber of Commerce board of Directors for 5 years, serving on the Program Committee, as Executive Vice President, as well as serving two terms as President and is now currently Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee. Steve Forkey is a founding member of WebAction Group, LLC , an Internet Marketing and Business Web Design & Development company in Hudson and has been in the business over 14 years. Steve has served the Gr. Hudson Chamber as a board member for 12 years, having held the offices of Secretary, First Vice President, Executive Vice President and President in 2000, and is the recipient of the "Member of the Year" award in 1999 and 2005. Steve and his company created and provide ongoing support for the Chamber's web site pro bono. He has served on many committees, and is currently the Ambassador Committee chair. Steve lives in Hudson with his wife Sheryl and both are active members of the Nashua Rotary, BNI and the Nashua Chamber of Commerce.

Steve Flaherty is the Club Manager of Sam's Club in Hudson and has been working for Sam's for 13 years. Steve has been in the retail industry for over 25 years and has managed assorted businesses for 20 years. Steve is the founder and director of a charity golf tournament for (CHAD) Children's Hospital at Dartmouth since 2003 for Sam's Club. Jennifer Wheeler is the Sales Manager for Hudson Cycle Center, a family owned and operated business established in Hudson over 31 years ago. Hudson Cycle is a franchised Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Arctic Cat dealer. Jennifer has been in the Powersports industry for over 8 years. She has served on the Board for the Hudson Chamber since 2006 and has also served on the Executive Board as the Secretary for 2 years. In 2006 Jennifer was awarded the GHCC "Member of the Year Award." Throughout the Motorcycle riding season she works to promote rides to raise money for a variety of local charities. Jennifer currently resides in Nashua.

Ryan is an owner of Financial Insurance Services, a family run business, along with his father Samuel and his brother Seth. F.I.S. is an independent insurance agency that opened its doors in Londonderry NH in 1983 by Sam Fragala. Ryan, Sam and Seth opened a branch office in Hudson on 46 Derry Road in January 2006. F.I.S. has been a part of the GHCC for 2 years and Ryan recently joined the Board of Directors to get more involved in the Chamber. Ryan is originally from Litchfield NH and attended Alvirne High School in Hudson. Ryan resides in Londonderry NH with his 2 1/2 year old son Brady and his fiancee Janet.

Brenda has been with the Gr. Hudson Chamber of Commerce since 1998 working as the conduit for the business members of the Chamber. As Executive Director, Brenda is responsible for the implementation and achievement of the objectives defined by the board of directors; ensures the effective operation of the Chamber; and strives to promote and support businesses as a representative of the GHCC. Brenda was previously employed in the financial industry for 10 years after graduating Rivier College with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Computer Science and Marketing. She is a life-long resident of Hudson, married to Bill with two children, Olivia and Patrick.
