Annually, five new members are
elected to serve a term of three years. Upon the election, the
director's shall meet to qualify and elect from their own a President,
Executive Vice President, First Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The Directors meet at least 12 times
per year.
The dates of these meetings for fiscal year 2008
are the third Tuesday of each month as listed below:

- March 18, 2008
- April 15, 2008
- May 20, 2008
- June 17, 2008
- July 15, 2008
- August 19, 2008
- September 16, 2008
- October 21, 2008
- November 18, 2008
- December 16, 2008
