Your Business Advocate
- The Greater Hudson Chamber of Commerce serves as “the front door” to the business community to jointly accomplish major projects that could not be accomplished as an individual business.
- The Chamber is involved in our local government affairs; the Chamber is a upstanding member of the Business & Industry Association; the Chamber advacated for and got a new traffic light installed at Executive Dr. & Lowell Rd. intersection; the Chamber invested many hours to help create a reasonable signage regulation for local business which was approved by the voters; and the Chamber was involved as gambling was considered for Hudson. Just a few ways the Chamber is your advocate.
- Legislative Updates & Bulletins -Timely information emailed to you on issues that will affect your business. A local lobbyist for business will update the members on any legislature concerning your business. These bulletins keep you informed and ready to act.
- Business Referrals – When inquiries are made at the Chamber, callers and visitors are directed only to members of the Chamber. Potential customers call the Chamber everyday. We encourage members supporting members.
Constantly working to improve the quality of life in our community
- The Chamber is an organization committed to improving the social and economic condition of our community. The Chamber continues to contribute to local charity organizations with the support of the membership.
- The Chamber’s Annual scholarship for the Junoir Citizen of the Year to support our best students
- The Annual Holiday Auction helps support the St. Vincent De Paul Society and our local food bank.
- Opportunity for new business & political contacts – Meet state and local representatives for the community as well as local business and education professionals at many of the Chamber’s functions.
