Join the Hudson Fire Department on Wednesday, July 25th at 7PM as they celebrate the ribbon cutting and dedication of their new fire station at 204 Lowell Road.
The station will be dedicated in the memory of James A. Taylor. On, July 27, 1981 Firefighter James A. Taylor lost his life in the line of duty due to injuries he received when Tanker 4 rolled over on Wason Road while responding to a fire call. Firefighter Taylor is the Hudson Fire Departments one line of duty death in the history of the department.
With the blessing from his family and approval from the Board of Selectmen, the station will be dedicated and named the James A. Taylor Memorial Fire Station.
