RN or LPN Charge Nurse, Mon-Fri (3-11pm) at Fairview Rehabilitation
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for our Rehabilitation residents at Fairview Senior Living. The hours of this position are Monday through Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm with 1 weekend rotation every 12 weeks.
RN/LPN professionals must be qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be responsible, well-trained, and able to provide the best nursing care with little supervision. You must be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. You will work under the supervision of the DON (Director of Nursing) or a doctor.

Position Requirements- Licensure: current license in the state of New Hampshire
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures, and willingness to follow them at all times
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
