TOWN OF HUDSON, NH COVID-COMPLIANT SMALL BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP GRANT PROGRAM

You can now apply for a COVID-Compliant Small Business Reimbursement Grant available from the Town of Hudson.
If you are a business located in Hudson with under 50 employees you can apply for a Hudson COVID-Compliant Small Business Partnership Grant to reimburse COVID expenses up to $1,000 by completing the grant application and submitting receipts. Items that will be considered for reimbursement include, but not limited to, items such as plexi-glass, tents, sanitizing products, social distancing materials, etc.
Gr. Hudson Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Brenda Collins, presented a proposal at a recent Hudson Selectmen's meeting for the a Small Business Partnership Grant to support local businesses and help ensure ongoing compliance with state guidance by providing financial reimbursement for expenses related to operating under COVID-19.
The grant is designed to allow small businesses to apply for up to $1,000 to reimburse expenses necessary under the COVID guidance regulations. “We continue to work for our businesses and community to provide relevant resources, especially during this challenging time, any little assistance is appreciated. This partnership supported by the Town of Hudson will help to keep our community safe while providing assistance to our businesses as they work to recover.” said Brenda.
The Hudson Board of Selectmen has set aside $50,000 to fund the program which is anticipated to come from the monies provided by the State of New Hampshire as part of the CARES Act Municipal Relief funds provided to each community.
Hudson businesses with under 50 employees can download an application for reimbursement on COVID-related expenses.
The application along with receipts can be mailed for consideration for the reimbursement grant to the Gr. Hudson Chamber of Commerce, 71 Lowell Road, Hudson NH 03051.
Deadline for the application to be received is September 18, 2020.
