Long-Term Substitute for Elementary School Music Teacher

The Hudson School District is seeking a qualified long-term substitute music teacher at Hills Garrison Elementary School (grades 2 - 5) from August through December 2026.  This position is not eligible for benefits.

Compensation:

The Hudson School District offers a daily substitute rate of $150 per day for certified teachers.  Substitutes working in a specification position for a period of twenty days or more are placed on the minimum teacher salary step (Bachelor's Step 1), on a per diem basis rate, beginning with their first day of their position up to and including 89 days.

Minimum Requirement:

• B.A/B.S degree in teaching from an accredited institution or related field teaching
• Possess a valid NH Teaching Certification, required.
• Music Education from NH DOE, required.
• Applicant must be able to pass a State and Federal Criminal Background check
