• Hudson NH Field of Flags - America's 250th Commemoration

Honoring Service. Celebrating History. Reflecting Together.

The 2026 Hudson NH Field of Flags, a powerful and moving tribute taking on even deeper meaning as part of America’s 250th commemoration.

Each year, from Memorial Day through Flag Day, the Hudson NH American Legion Post 48 transforms Library Park into a sea of American flags—each one sponsored in honor of a Veteran or First Responder. With well over 200 flags and growing annually, every flag tells a story, bearing the name of an individual and recognizing their service to our country and community.

📍 Located at Library Park (12–16 Library Street), this display invites visitors to walk among the flags, reflect, and remember.

    Special for 2026:
Hudson NH American Legion Post 48 in collaboration with the Hudson Historical Society, a unique addition will honor Hudson’s role in our nation’s founding. Thirteen 13-star “Betsy Ross” flags will be installed to commemorate more than 150 local veterans of the Revolutionary War. These flags will be thoughtfully arranged by military units and engagements, featuring the names of those who served—including a tribute to the Unknowns. This special installation will remain on display through July 4, 2026.
This meaningful tribute offers a chance for our community to come together in gratitude, remembrance, and pride—honoring all who have served across generations.

    🗓 Display Dates: May 25 – July 4, 2026
📍 Location: Library Park, Hudson, NH

We encourage everyone to visit, reflect, and experience this stirring display firsthand.
